I truly adore this restaurant! I was convinced to visit as soon as I learned about their fresh, homemade dishes. There are so many items on the menu that I’m eager to try, but I especially love the classic chili, steak and cheese sandwich, Caprese sandwich, and Reuben sandwich. The homemade ice cream is a standout feature and enhances the overall experience. There’s a diverse range of food options to cater to everyone. The staff is exceptional—helpful and attentive to all customers. It's a wonderful place for family outings, especially with kids. Well done, Moozy!
I would have rated this restaurant five stars if it weren't for the painfully slow payment process. They seem to prioritize making everyone's ice creams and meals, completely ignoring the payment line until it stretches out. They allow one person to pay, then get distracted by a new customer's order. I've often found myself standing there with a melting ice cream for more than five minutes, contemplating whether I should just leave. I'm holding ice cream here—please, stop making me wait!
The ice cream here is outstanding! It's a lively and colorful venue, featuring outdoor tables shaded by umbrellas for those who appreciate a café vibe. Inside, you'll find cheerful booths that give off a nostalgic Happy Days feel. The prices are very reasonable, and there's truly nothing to complain about in this place. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
This charming neighborhood ice cream shop is my son's favorite! Although I haven't tried the food yet, I’ve noticed that the place can get quite busy. However, the staff always seems to be working diligently to keep up with the orders. The outdoor seating is a nice bonus too!

Moozy's is awesome! I've only ever had their ice cream and frozen yogurt. I absolutely love it! They're selling a lot of food lately but I can't speak to that. Oh and I one time got a ice cream cake and it was outstanding!
Honestly, I believe I love Moozy’s way too much because I could enjoy their ice cream every single day! It’s incredibly tasty and delicious. I usually go for the cookie dough, but every flavor is amazing!
The ice cream here is fantastic! The cheesecake, espresso, and chocolate flavors are really delightful. I love pairing them with Oreo and white chocolate. It's sweet and light—definitely a treat!
Moozy's is my favorite ice cream shop in Waltham. As soon as I walk in, the staff recognizes me and already knows what I want. Their menu is fantastic—keep up the great work!
