Excellent experience! The server and owner were both very knowledgable about gluten and cross-contamination. The server informed us that most of the menu was gluten-free or could be easily altered and prepared safely. He pointed out a couple of things that were definitely not safe (pasta and an eggplant dish. I ordered the pan-seared halibut with lemon rice and organic vegetables and it was delicious! My non-celiac friends ordered the caesar salad, mussels, tenderloin, and duck. All of these dishes could be gluten-free with the omission of croutons/bread. Highly recommend!
5 stars all the way; from start to finish, everything was perfect. The meatballs were a nice mix of beef and pork with hints of flavor including garlic, and the tomato based sauce was amazing. The cioppino was excellent as well and included a combination of prawns, mussels, and fish. The linguine vongole was piled high with an incredible amount of clams! Our waiter was personable and knowledgeable about area sights. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating with soft lit lights and background music.
one of my favorite places to eat in all the fraser valley! eating is so delicious that they do not want the taste ever leave them mouthful. the service was always friendly, helpful with wine selection to pardon with the food. the atmosphere is cozy in the inner, and radiant in the summer. I have tried a few other places in harrison, but next week my 4th taste adventure will be too morgan.
Every aspect of every dish was hand prepared, with well thought out flavours and presentation! We arrived over the holidays during the ice storm and wandered down from Hot Springs Resort to get there. Were very well taken care of by our hostess, chef and male helper. If only the Hot Springs could do this we would come back more and eat in more
Food was awesome they do a great prawn martini. Everything was very well prepared. Our host Stewart was great good sense of humour and very helpful. Specially when my mother-in-law took a tumble. We so appreciated his care. The restaurant was busy but he made sure everything was ok. Great people, great food! Don't miss this one!
This was a great spot! Our server told us that the owner’s kid has celiac disease, and so they’re very careful about accommodating for celiac disease, and that almost everything on the menu can be made GF. We had a great salad, and then I had the cod. Both were very good! Would recommend if you’re in town.
This was a really good place. Everything but pasta and eggplant appetizer is gluten-free. The waitress was knowledgeable and even selected a meal for my wife (celiac) when she couldn’t decide between three options. She was very happy with her meal as was I. The cocktails were very good too.
