This is definitely our unparalleled favourite and culinary comparison counterpoint for Japanese food, alongside Nobu. It's in our neighbourhood, reasonably priced and byo. The chef is incredible and the teriyaki tofu, agedashi tofu and teriyaki salmon are standouts. The tataki, chilli edamame rainbow roll are also excellent and companions have also raved about the Karaage, which is a generous entree size. Bring a bottle, good company or a book and be prepared to wait a little at busy times because it looks to mainly be the culinary efforts of a single passionate chef.

Simple, clean, fun. Fantastic. Loved the vegetarian gyoza. Teriyaki Salmon Bento box was fun packed with a lot of salmon. Don't be put off by the plain decor. Great place
