We visited this restaurant for a quick lunch and ordered 3 adult meals and 1 baby meal. Unfortunately, it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. My breakfast was cold, missing black pudding, and the egg was swimming in grease. I asked for a replacement, but when it came back it was still missing black pudding and the toast was cold. I ended up only eating half of the deep fried sausage and a piece of cold toast before giving up on the bacon. Overall, we were very disappointed with the experience and will not be returning. It was a complete waste of time and I would only consider going back if I were ordering fresh air.
Who ever decided it was a good idea to play very loud music constantly really should be taken outside and shot. It is so loud you cannot hear what the person next to you is saying. By the time you leave you will have a thumping headache. Majority of staff rude and have no manners. Unable to get down aisles due to cages left unattended by staff Queuing for over 30 min to be served when there are many tills that could be safely opened. Produce 9n display past there best. Whole store untidy and unkempt.
Its been a couple of years since we last ate here, mainly due to the poor service and long waits for the meals to be delivered to the table. I am glad to report much improvement in this area. The breakfasts are really good, and looking around very popular. Having used high street coffee shops most mornings recently the low prices here are a real shock. Covid measures were good and there was plenty a space between tables. I wont leave it so long before returning again.
popped in on my way home from work purely as on way as never shop here. Then I was reminded why! Wats going on with the fresh produce?!?! Cucumbers were all bendy, tomatoes were ridiculously soft, peppers all wrinkled! I honestly cudnt believe wat I was seeing! literally exited as quick as I entered! All of it needed throwing away! Iv written to the head office as was so shocked! Totally unacceptable!!!

I took my disabled mother for lunch. No one on the hot food counter so we had to order at the till, I tried three coffee cups and they were all filthy, no avocados for the chicken and avocado salad (Really? This is a supermarket with dozens), surly till operator who told us proudly there was a 30 minutes wait for food. I told him to cancel the lot and we went elsewhere.
This is a very clean modern store with an excellent range of top range products and fresh meats, fish and and bakery produce. Everything about the store shows a professional attitude to store management and customer service. Long opening hours, excellent free parking, cash machines, a dry cleaners, shoe repair and key services, and a great cafe. Happy to recommend.
It's rare you get a breakfast of this quality anywhwere let alone a supermarket cafe. The choice of food is very extensive so you can order a breakfast in virtually any combination you wish. Our bacon was cooked perfectly as was the egg, mushrooms, tomatoes and even the toast! The service was quick and friendly too, though it was first thing in the morning.
I had to cover my nose because the bathrooms were very smelly. We were informed that napkins were limited to only one per person. The service at the café was slow. Overall, it was a messy experience.

I enjoyed the service at this restaurant. The cafe staff are friendly and the coffee was great. Although I didn't try any other items, the cakes looked tempting. The tables were also clean.
