I made reservations while visiting St. Louis for my son, and I. I explained it was his 10th birthday birthday, and the hostess was so sweet and had special menus printed saying happy birthday. The restaurant was pretty empty. We did not take long to order, but sat for about 5 to 10 minutes without even being greeted by our server. Food was fair at best. There were 3 of us in our party. We all ordered the 3 course meal and we all had something wrong with a portion of our meal. We all had salads and they were great. That was probably the best part of the meal. Our food arrived, all of it was cold. We sent back our steaks because they were not cooked as requested. We added asparagus, au gratin potatoes, and brussel sprouts. They were ok, but came out cold. One of us ordered a crab cake and came out well after the other entrees we ordered. I've been to several Morton's throughout the US. This one scored the lowest. Hoping management can fix the issues in the kitchen. Lamb was good, but my wife chicken was horrible (even after two tries). She finally gave up and simply order a dessert. Our waiter was friendly…..But I ordered the 12 oz filet medium. Which was like $62. It came out well done. After our food was delivered our waiter only came to our table to give us the bill. Not sure when, or if we will be back. I can get a better steak at Longhorn steakhouse. Salads are great though! Well worth the value.

I must admit, I was really impressed with the food, service and overall experience at Morton’s The Steakhouse. I look forward in visiting again soon but closer to home which will be in Nashville
The smoke was awful. It was unbearable. I ate there in June 2023 and it was nothing like that. It interfered with the meal.
