Three of us visited Mosaic on Saturday, March 8th, with a reservation for 7:30 pm. We arrived at 7:20 pm and were seated promptly. At that time, the restaurant wasn’t very busy, and reservations didn’t seem necessary. However, by 8 pm, it became quite crowded. We placed our order around 7:45 pm: five appetizers (raw lamb, hummus with meat, cauliflower, an eggplant dish, and a rice dish) and one main course (mixed grill) to share among us. The tabouli stood out as exceptional, and the chicken rice was delicious, with the chefs expertly using traditional Lebanese herbs.
