A really bad dinner experience.Entree - 3 items ordered with two turning up reasonably quickly and the third about a half hour later. Mmmm not a good start. But wait, then there is more ,up comes the main course balls up -Dinner - 3 items ordered with the first two delivered after a long wait, and guess what the third main course, another half hour later it didnt even turn up. Asked twice whats going on and she had no idea what was ordered, what was happening and very sorry but.....This restaurant is a joke. High prices and poor service - it just failed miserably.When checking out and paying, I mentioned the slow/bad service and their reply was "no discount" Really, well, you just lost a loc...
We booked a meal for 2 via living social back in March only to be told it was a 6pm sitting (not as advertised).Asked living social for a refund as we work and this was not convenient. Told restaurant would honour a subsequent booking.Rebooked for tonight. Email confirming voucher booking received (after prompting restaurant for 2 days)Told tonight that voucher had been redeemed. Spent 45 minutes trying to get the staff to understand the background still having all the emails available on phone. Got no where with the staff who seemed frankly incompetent.There are other places in Port as good or better. Won't be back until current owner and team have moved on.
We've dined here many times and each time has been a great dining experience. What I love about this place is the casual atmosphere coupled with professional and friendly service, plus of course amazing food. The must have tapas dishes include Chicken Karaage, the Soft Shell Crab Tempura and the Seven Spiced Mayonnaise Tempura King Prawn. If you're a Sashimi lover, don't go past the Assorted Sashimi for a variety of freshly prepared Sashimi. I would highly recommend this place for lovers of quality Japanese food.
Great restaurant, first time eating Japanese food. Had a different dishes as we bought a voucher through Groupon which gave you a chance to try different foods, will definitely be back.Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly, happy to explain the different dishes.If you never thought about or were afraid of eating japanese food then you must try here, you will not be disappointed.

This restaurant has a very laid-back atmosphere coupled with professional and friendly service, and good foo including tuna sashimi. gyoza etc. The tempura was ordinary and it was disappointing that the miso soup had MSG so we could not order it. It's great value for money.
Went here with another couple and had a great evening... ordered a bunch of dishes from sushi to the hot pot complimented with sake. Just delicious and very well presented. Only slight downside is that the kitchen closes at 9pm, which means we missed out on dessert.
Went there last night and had 8 course meal. The food was excellent - light and fresh fish, salmon main, tempura prawns, dumplings amongst the other courses. Highly recommend it.
The food was incredible. Really beautiful restaurants. Great service. A little upscale but affordable. Food is definitely worth the cost. Always busy.

Keep going back here for the chicken teriyaki bento box. Really fresh ingredients, no deep fried cheap fillers, service always quick and friendly.
