The girl at the front was completely disinterested in serving my wife and I. First she took my wife 's order then without even making eye contact tells her the machine is ready we wanted to pay cash) my wife then said husband needs to order also we got a large eye roll. I ordered a coffee again without looking at us or anything says the machine is ready. My wife was standing with cash. We weren 't done are order and asked for a slice of banana bread. Again with the attitude. So I asked is there a problem. She said no no problem. With attitude. The customer behind us was not impressed with her either. Wow unfriendly! Really sorry I went out of my way off the freeway to hit this spot (based on previous positive reviews).The gal who “helped” me had zero patience for me not seeing the sign (small and way at the BACK of the store) that said “Order Here”.Atmosphere also lacking; unclean (several to-go cups lying about and dirty counters) and very average overall.I’ve GOT to believe Kamloops has better to offer.At least the coffee was decent, but also nothing special.

I was thrilled to discover a delicious coffee and a fantastic barista at this restaurant. The barista made me three incredible macchiatos and we had a great conversation about the art of good coffee. The excellent espresso here brings me the utmost joy, and Kamloops is fortunate to have such a gem.
