We loved the Ramen from this place. We came here for the sake taste. According to the restaurant, this is the only sake brewery in America. :D. It was kinda cool to try different sake and compare. This restaurant is more like a bar. My kidloved the shuffle board game there. He played while waiting for the food. We had the classic Ramen. The pork was smoked. Iliked that flavor. Also the egg was perfectly poached. For Food I would give 5 stars. But there were couple of things thataffects my overall rating. One confusion is the 12% service charge. Am I supposed to pay 20% tip on top of that? Also the ACwas not working very well. It was kinda hot inside.
Been trying to find a good udon place for the past year and I honestly could eat here every day. Twice in one week says enough as I have high expectations for my food, this place delivers. Presentation delivers on the food as well, you'll likely take a second to look at your food before you eat it since it visually catches attention. The sake and cocktails are great and smooth while pairing with the food itself quite nicely. Atmosphere is great for talking with friends while the tables feel secluded enough where you're not worried about others.
FANTASTIC service (cannot be stated enough, these people are awesome), food, and atmosphere. Home crafted sake! 3 levels, including a roof dine in! WORST criticism? It's hard to find, so I included photos of the entrance. Every dish was robust andfilling, as ramen should be! Mule lovers? The Moto Mule is the BEST mule drink I have had, from any place, EVER.
Moto-i was a great experience! Our server was fun and very knowledgeable about Japanese cuisine including everything about saki! Sitting on the rooftop on a beautiful warm evening is a must if you can. You will be disappointed if you’re wanting a Chardonnay however- not a great wine selection. Otherwise all was good

Very delicious. Modern. Excellent staffing. Very thoughtful insight from wait and host staff. All cooked to order. A reasonable wait for food, however considering the quality and all, definitely worth a little patience

Amazing server and the food here is rich and flavorful. To quote my brother, it feels like a warm hug . Definitely sleeping well tonight!
What a hidden gem! Love this place. Excellent food service. We have been to Moto-I 3 times now and it is always excellent.
