I visited during their first week of opening and unfortunately had to wait an excessively long time—about an hour and a half—for some rather mediocre and lukewarm boneless wings. The management and staff didn’t appear to know how to address the situation properly. I want to acknowledge that the bartender who served us was attempting to do his best, but overall, it seemed like many of the staff lacked experience in food and customer service. I plan to give them another chance in a few weeks, but my initial experience was quite disappointing.
Waited over an hour for wings which came out to our table barely warm and chicken dinner which was close to rare. Understood that they haven?t been open long. Felt bad for our waitress who was very kind but seemed helpless in speeding up our food from the kitchen. Several other customers also upset with the long wait. Management seemed clueless about how long the food was taking.
