Ein Platz wie in einer anderen Welt. Wir waren dort zum Lunch und waren voller Begeisterung für diese einzigartige Oase. Der Service war hochstehend alte Schule , dabei absolut nicht abgehoben, sondern sehr herzlich und ungezwungen. Wir bekamen Infos über die ganze Geschichte des Lokals und der Service nahm sich Zeit unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Die Einrichtung ist super stimmig, moderne Elemente gepaart mit dem alten Charme des Hauses wo man die alte Geschichte noch richtig spüren konnte. Das Essen sehr kreativ und mit einzigartigen Komponenten die saisonal abgestimmt waren Ob wohl die Pasta etwas zu gar gekocht war , gibt es trotzdem 5 Sterne da der Geschmack sehr rund herüber kam. I stumbled upon this retro place with a friend. Observing the attention to detail in the rooms, the furnishings and the light in the rooms, I realized that there is great care towards the customer, a lot of attention to cleanliness and the aesthetic aspect. We therefore opted for an à la carte choice. A raw amberjack with blood orange sauce and sake, an excellent combination, then a deer loin, with classic side dishes, and finally a pear semifreddo. All sublime, and also appreciated by my partner. Thanks to the great experts in the sector, we will definitely be back.

The rooster's motto We went for lunch and everything was excellent. Excellent cuisine and welcoming service. The dishes offered proved to be excellent and satisfying to the eye. Excellent value for money. We'll be back.

Superb restaurant and hotel in a charming period building, magnificent rooms. Very welcoming children and charming staff. Very nice wine list.
