Suddenly, Albert yelled at me to take my puppy out. I responded by pointing out that he had been rude to us from the start, and he reacted by cursing at me, which only escalated my frustration. I was taken aback that he felt it was acceptable to treat us in such a manner. When I told him I would be reporting the incident to his manager, his response was dismissive, as he continued to insult me and showed no signs of accountability.
I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a bartender before. It is shocking that he believed he could speak to a customer like that without facing any repercussions. I will definitely be contacting the manager about this experience.
From A to Z, this restaurant has it all. The scenery is beautiful, the staff is attentive, and the food and drinks are excellent. The hospitality is warm and welcoming, and the music creates a perfect atmosphere. Miguel, our waiter, provided outstanding service, and Cassandra, the bartender, crafted amazing cocktails. The decor features charming trinkets that add to the ambiance. It offers a peaceful setting that feels like a breath of fresh air, especially compared to the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. Overall, it's a fantastic place!
We love to come up here in the summer time to get away from the heat and the best part to coming up is that they have live music besides the beautiful view. The food is great I do not think I have ever had Any thing to eat at this place that I did not like. It took about 30 to 40 mins to get seated but they give u a buzzer when ur seating is ready so u can walk around or go and sit out on the back deck. If u have never been out this is a must go to. Prepare its pretty busy these days but so much fun. They staff was great.
There is simply nothing mediocre about the Mt. Charleston Lodge. This is a place to relax with good people and AMAZING staff. Thomas, the manager, is the hardest working restaurant employee I have ever seen or met. The chili is wonderful. The pretzel is a MUST. Live music. Mountain View. By far the best meal experience of our Vegas trip. Again, Thomas, you ROCK. Get to the lodge and enjoy yourself.

We had an exceptional dining experience, thanks to our server Jesus, who provided outstanding service. I really loved my Rueben sandwich. The restaurant also offered a stunning view, and the atmosphere felt reminiscent of cozy New England ski lodges in Vermont. My wife enjoyed the fish and chips, while my son had the chili. We will definitely be coming back. Mahalo and Aloha from Honolulu, Hawaii!
My husband and I had our wedding at the Lodge on Friday, June 1, 2018, and it was an incredible, breathtaking experience thanks to Thomas and the entire staff. All of our guests praised both the venue and the food. I highly recommend this place for any event needs or if you're just looking for a great restaurant with a stunning view!
Service was excellent and the food was very good. We sat by the window and were entertained by a dozen hummingbirds!
