Tonight, I decided to bring my family in to dine at the restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience didn't improve. The older gentleman working there was unpleasant and seemed to be scowling at my children for simply being kids, which created an awkward atmosphere. When we were asked if our order was for here or to go, we replied that it was for here. However, they handed us a box as if we were meant to leave. We opened the box at the table, and when we requested paper plates, we were told they didn’t have any. Throughout the visit, it felt like the staff didn’t want us there at all.

Horrible customer service!! Walked in and the old indian man rudely looked at me, no hello! or anything. Just staring. I said hi, are you open? , since he was sweeping and looked as if I just walked in on him about to walk out the door and go home. He said to go only. I said well online it says you 're open until 11pm. Mind you it is 9:40pm. I was planning on dining in to enjoy a dinner after a long stressful day, so I was disappointed. He didn 't even apologize. My go-to for quick pizza. I know there are niche mom and pop shops that are better ultimately, but mountain mikes simply has a straight up good pizza that i go back to. Used to be the combination special, but I think k they renamed it recently.Staff is good natured and quick to serve. 4 stars
The woman working there was the rudest person I've ever encountered in the food industry! Mountain Mike's is my favorite pizza, but this location is disappointing, to say the least. I ended up going to Round Table across the street because of her attitude!
