I order online and pay delivery fee. Delivery driver calls from the entrance of the apartment complex, wants me to come out and get the food form him. I tell him i can 't come outside due to a medical issue. He says he 'll call management and i can come pick up the food from the store if i can 't come get the food from him. I call the store and management just talks over me and not let me get a word in. I have to ask a neighbor to get the food from the apartment entrance for me. RUDE, SELF CENTERED, LAZY THIEVES is what this staff is. Why charge a delivery fee if you 're not going to deliver?
During our stay at the Fairfield Inn from December 10-17, we visited this restaurant and ordered the Mtveggiemore pizza with artichokes, adding some sausage to it. Honestly, it was the best pizza we've ever had—absolutely amazing! We've tried pizza from many places, but this one tops them all. The young man who helped us was incredibly friendly, kind, and humorous. Despite being busy, he was very patient with us as we struggled to decide what to order. He even suggested we try the pizza we ended up getting, and we're so glad he did!
The pizza is fine, but the customer service and professionalism of the staff are sub-par. On more than one occasion I have had to go above and beyond as the customer to ensure that my order was complete and delivered to the correct address. I have tried being patient and understanding, as I know that food service is a challenging industry, but after multiple problems on multiple occasions I have to conclude that this location is not worth the time or money.
Such a great experience eating at this restaurant. Owner was very friendly, welcoming and the service was top notch and the pizza was amazing. So many option to choose from. Came from Canada and this place beats almost every pizza spot in Canada. Will definitely be coming back here on my next visit.

Every time I call to place an order for delivery they tell me the close at 9pm when everything online says 11pm call any other mountain mikes they are ridiculous here and
The pizza here is fantastic, but I had a negative experience when I ordered; the girl who took my order spoke to me very rudely.
Only had one person working on a slow day. We just needed to go to the bathroom and couldn’t get home to even come to the front
Great experience here! Everything from the food to the customer service. Will definitely be coming
