Well, I called to order a pizza and the person kept talking over and interrupting me. They literally didn't listen to what I was asking for a medium pizza. Not that difficult. But because they continued to interrupt and talk over me, they didn't listen to what I was trying to order. Unfortunately when I arrived, they gave me the small. I didn't have time to wait for another pizza, so I took the small and had to apologize to the other two people that were hungry. Lesson learned.
My child is a picky eater, but they prefer this restaurant over most pizza places. It may not be anything fancy, but the food is always delicious and satisfies our cravings for a cheap meal on movie night. I appreciate the convenience of being able to easily order online, apply a promo code, and pick up our food within twenty minutes. Plus, there are locations conveniently located all around town.
The man that took my order was rude and as I asked 1 question he proceeded to say “maybe you should make up your mind.” Very poor customer service and low manners if you don’t want to work at your job then I suggest you find another place to employ yourself at!
I had my sons birthday party there and they were very attentive and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and were cool about a bunch of 5 year olds running around. Definitely will come again my go to pizza place. Réservez une table maintenant
I like the pizza...but the in house pizza pick up experience was lacking...I asked for extra sauce...and my instructions were followed...Lagunitas IPA was flat...I had to force employee to pour me a Modelo instead
I ordered my food online to pick it up for a certain time but 3 times in a row where they told me it would take 10 mins while my friends got their food on time. Currently still waiting for my food.
My pizza is always exactly what I ordered always hot when it gets here and the drivers is super friendly. I've also gone in store and received exceptional service.
