From the installation at the table, we were surprised by the state of the table, totally rickety. The appetizer is laughable: a cherry tomato cut in 2 with 2 mini bites of industrial mozzarella. For the dishes, the chef did not skimp on the salt and half of the meats were overcooked (while the waitress beforehand asked for the desired cooking). I don 't quite understand the comments left by some users . The chef has a well-defined identity in his various culinary proposals. Choosing to come and taste his cuisine is to take a trip into his world. If it 's to eat the same cuisine as in a chain restaurant or a brasserie with lambda dishes, you will indeed be disappointed. We came with my husband to discover the chef 's cuisine and we loved letting ourselves be carried away on this trip. We came to this hotel after the beautiful Madeleinen Pass and were looking forward to a meal in the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately there was no table for us as hotel guests. We received feedback that the restaurant was fully booked. Even though there were still tables available, we were turned away. And that as a hotel guest! The only comment was that we should have reserved a table in advance. However, there was no mention of this when booking. The room was ok but everything else was very disappointing.

Nous sommes allés au restaurant de l’hôtel après une journée au spa et c’est une belle surprise. Tout le personnel est à l'écoute du client, très sympathique, la cuisine est excellente, et la caipirinha est fantastique. Les desserts ne sont pas à mon goût (tous à base de mousse). Le cadre est très classe et agréable, malgré quelques curistes en tongs. Note pour les chambres : 5.
Nous n'avons eu l'occasion que de déjeuner et c'était un bon moment. Uniforme pour le personnel serait en accord avec l'ambiance très agréable de la salle. Service : 5 Emplacement : 4 Points forts de l'hôtel : Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
