We came for a family birthday event. The beginning of the dinner experience would be described as moderately okay. It was a long wait initially to get a server, a few items ordered wasn’t brought to the table, and the birthday person’s meal was cold, but then the general manager came to the table and turned the experience around COMPLETELY at least that’s what we thought initially.
