During our first visit to this restaurant, we had reservations for 7:45 but were not seated until 8:30. The food quality was poor, as all six adults in our group left their meals uneaten. Despite our disappointment, the staff did not seem concerned when we raised the issue of our delayed seating. We all agreed that we had made a mistake in choosing this restaurant, especially since we usually have fantastic dining experiences in Marsden. My pasta dish was so excessively salted that it was inedible. While I understand that fresh seafood might not be available, the frozen prawns and scallops should have been priced accordingly. The bar and restaurant were nicely decorated, but the subpar food...
If you're expecting good food here don't waste your money. Ordered two vegetarian pizzas and they were basic at best, one inedible. No effort had been put into the making of them. We voiced our dissatisfaction to our waitress but no effort was made by the manageress to apologise and no effort made to put things right, they were happy to take our money for food not eaten. Shocking!! The only positive was the polite and friendly service of the two young waitresses who served us. Please go elsewhere if you want good Italian food.
Came for my partners birthday. Staff were rude and unwelcoming. Ordered the carbonara and pizza. The pizza looked like it had been gotten from a co-op and my pasta was incredibly bland. Not to mention, expensive. Ordered ice cream from the incredibly sparse menu, and got 3 blobs of chocolate ice cream, no sauce, no add one, just 3 scoops of the worlds hardest ice cream. We had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to take our plates, we even had to get up to get someone to bring us the bill. Unwelcoming and won’t be returning.
We visited here yesterday for a meal with family and friends, we have been here before a good few years back and found it really nice, but on this visit, I just thought it was ok. The kids' meals were good, just needed more pasta to go with the sauce. Our food was ok, i just found it a little bland and quite expensive for what it was, especially the starters. Would we go again? I'm not sure.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a few negative reviews, especially regarding the service, as I have frequented Mozzarellas often and have always enjoyed the excellent food and service. Last night, a group of 10 of us visited and were all served in a timely manner. My prawn pizza was delicious, and everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. We will definitely be returning.
I had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from on the menu. The service was excellent and very friendly. Our food arrived promptly and we especially enjoyed the extra dessert shots. I would definitely order those again in the future.
this is a classy restaurant with a great atmosphere and staff that really care about their customers. We had pizzas and they were spot on, crispy tasty freshly cooked! service was attentive keep up the good work!
I had the meatballs and my friends had the carbonara and pizza. All were lovely meals and reasonably priced. We hadn’t reserved but staff really helpful and squeezed us in despite being really busy.

We visit Mozzarellas regular, always excellent friendly service and the most amazing food. I can highly recommend the Seabass, their pizzas are thin and crispy, perfect.
