Not even close to one of Australia’s best steak houses, while it maybe good marketing to suggest that, it’s a totally false claim. After seeing this I decided to give it a try, my $51 eye fillet incl sauce absolutely paled in comparison to a $34 eye fillet from the railway in Port Melbourne, forget about even comparing to places like squires lift or meat and wine co plus many more. Essentially an over priced, over dressed bistro. Which is all one can expect from what this is essentially. It is part of Zagames pokies venue ffs. The butchers block seemed like great value for money, priced at $65 pp for a selection of meats, 1 side dish and 2 accompanying sauces taking into account the premium quality of the meat the price is justifiable. For our side dish we chose the truffle mac and cheese (which did not disappoint) and as for the sauces we chose the MPD sauce and garlic butter the garlic butter was lacklustre as it was just a stick of butter with some garlic mixed through, something that was probably bought from the supermarket. We also decided to order the gnocchi which was not quite what I thought it was going to be not bad but not good either. Overall a pleasant experience.
What a disappointing dining experience. The 'Steak Night ' was a total rip off. The scotch fillet was tasteless, chewy and not hot. Asked for medium/rare, it was served rare, so back it went. When returned it was no better. On a positive note the pumpkin was delicious. The experience was enough to make me consider becoming a vegetarian.
Kinda of cheating as I've only been to the pop-up. Food: Steaks are above average. Service: Impeccable. Possibly because it was temporary, but great nonetheless. Ambience: It was a part of Spice Market or some bar that was taken over for this event. Good vibes. Value: Worth the money. Gonna trek down to Berwick to try the real deal!

This is a little gem hidden in the suburbs! Who wouldve thought a bomb restaurant like this would exist in Berwick! Great staff, great location, AMAZING interior and above all else, HANDS DOWN THE BEST STEAK within a (probably) 50km radius! I am still in awe on how exhilirating our experience was there. We will definitely come back!
Really enjoyed my dining experience here. The ambience was nice and their steak was cooked perfectly – super juicy and tender. The highlight was actually their truffle Mac n cheese side, it was amazing and I kept going back for more!
Went here for the truffle degustation. It was okay! Dessert was delicious though. The meat wasn’t really wagyu it was gravy meat!! Creative flavours would recommend if you were in the area, not if you have to travel
Great experience from the moment you walk in. Fantastic seating, lovely menu, impressive drinks/wine list. Customer service 10/10 and food is a solid 9
