Last time we were here at the Chaffee Rd restaurant was 9 years ago. Not good then but we thought we would try it again. Nothing has changed! Still not good, mostly the service but the food is mediocre. We were there around 4ish in the afternoon. Not busy.The food came out in increments. We got drinks after 10 minutes, then came a side salad after 15 minutes, then came the breaded, garlic parmesan wings after about 25 minutes. Basically fried chicken with powdered garlic and parmesan sprinkled over them. Bleh. No onion rings yet. Ok, place named Mr Chubbys wings! How can I not try this place? To start the atmosphere was awesome! Think Sports Bar and rock band feal over all super busy at lunch but still got in and out quick. I ordered a burger and opted for the onion rings. For the appetizer, it was, of course, wings altho it would be boneless. The good, the burger, was just out of this world good. Hot fresh and so much juce you had to eat over your plate, or you would need to change from everything dripping off this thing! Ordered a salad and asked to keep tomatoes and of course they put them on. Also the wrong dressing was put with salad. My son shared some of his dressing with me. So 1 blue cheese for 15 wings and a salad. Unfortunately, this will be in my thoughts next time I think of ordering from them. It maybe one of hundres of plates you serve but it's my one lunch.
