First of all, I was initially a huge fan of this burger shop and came by often, but I have to say that a lot has gone wrong since the renovation and expansion of the range. I 'm not writing this recession to badmouth the store and I want to use this recession to bring about improvement. All the recessions from a year ago are absolutely no longer valid and you can see a stark contrast between the old recessions and the new ones. About the taste: Personally, the burger still tastes good to me, but the new bread for the burger doesn 't work at all if it was previously called Floyd Burger ! Far too dry and big, the old one was much better. Unfortunately, it 's no longer at the same level as the owner of the store back then. About the service itself: Delivery times are not adhered to. Whether on site or when delivering, there is always little or no change, which means you often cannot pay with a €20 note, which often forces you to pay a €5 tip. (So far, no delivery person has given me change, none) Suppliers are still always very friendly and personable towards me. When you call you are often told to wait a moment, so you sometimes sit quietly on the phone for 3 minutes waiting to finally be able to order. Employees argue about whether they should prepare a burger 25 minutes before closing time or whether it was already too late (it was still made). Unfortunately it just doesn 't seem as professional as it did back then, but I 'll give the store another chance in about half a year. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Long delivery time with an unfriendly supplier. The vegetarian patties were just a few carelessly fried eggplants and onions.
