Our waitress, Ana, brought us the bill for $61.29, but when I received my card back, I got a notification that I was charged $73.54. I waited for Ana to return, but she never checked back in with us. We had to call her over, and when we inquired about the additional charge, she mentioned a sign outside indicating an extra fee for using debit cards. My family and I frequent this location a couple times a month for a couple of years but tonight was the last time! My daughter noticed her crab had mold in it after she had eaten most of her food. We felt they should have taken it off our bill (made no scene) they refused and wanted to give a $5 discount. We paid the full bill and told them they lost us as a customer. The manager wouldn’t even talk to us. So disappointing.
The customer service was excellent! However, the food left much to be desired. I really disliked the sauce for the crab boil—it's terrible! I used to visit this place when it first opened, and the sauce back then was completely different and much better.
The management claimed they couldn't speak English when I raised a complaint about a green substance found on the black mussels. Additionally, they charged me for the bag of red potatoes that I had consumed.

We've been visiting this restaurant for quite some time, and we've never had a negative experience. The food and drinks are consistently fantastic.
The menu looked fantastic. I had a Po' Boy, and I must say it was really delicious. I plan to return, and I highly recommend this restaurant!
The smell from the nail salon next door permeated the restaurant.
