I had a wonderful first experience at this restaurant. My server, Heather, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and well-informed about the menu and everything the venue offered. She even handled a situation with a disgruntled guest from another section who was being unreasonable and rude, showing impressive "damage control." Overall, it was a great experience, and Heather truly deserves all the praise. Her ability to turn around a challenging situation demonstrates that she is a valuable member of the team.

I was initially hesitant to visit this restaurant when I found out it was part of a chain, but I'm really glad I decided to go. Our server and all the other staff members we interacted with were incredibly friendly and did an excellent job. The prices were reasonable, the food was served quickly, and most importantly, it tasted fantastic. I took the advice from other reviews and tried the Mr. Mrs. seasoning with medium heat, and I highly recommend it!

My husband had a wonderful birthday celebration at this restaurant. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. The customer service was excellent—Lisa was particularly impressive, as she was very knowledgeable about the menu and specials. We will definitely be returning! Listen up! If you're a seafood lover, you absolutely have to check this place out. It surpasses every other crab and seafood restaurant I’ve been to. I highly recommend the king crab with their Mr. & Mrs. Crab sauce. If you enjoy a little heat, you can definitely count on them to spice things up perfectly. Plus, my order was ready in just 5-10 minutes. Fantastic service!

Jaime is fantastic! He always gets my sometimes complicated orders right. He's the best! I highly recommend trying the special blend sauce here—it's incredible and packed with garlic (great if you're a fan of garlic in seafood). Food: 5/5

Although we didn’t catch the name of our waiter, he was incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed and more. I just wish this place was closer to home so we could come more often. We will definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant

Great experience! I ordered a lunch special, and while the shrimp was a bit more overcooked than I'm used to, the waiter was very pleasant. Overall, I'd give the food a 4 out of 5.
