I visited Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop three times this week before writing this review. My first sandwich was good but lacked the bacon and cookie I paid for, which was disappointing. The second sandwich was missing garlic sauce and included onions, even though I specifically asked for no onions, so I couldn’t finish it. The third sandwich was missing avocado and pepperoncini, both of which I had paid for. Considering the prices, I expected to receive exactly what I ordered. The customer service was also disappointing: on two of my visits, staff didn't greet or acknowledge me. One employee had long hair falling over his face, which raised hygiene concerns. Restaurant looks nice. Professional staff. But seriously, a 1/2 sandwich costs $10 and is 4 ?!? If it tasted remarkable, I might only reconsider based on price, but the chicken with hot sauce sandwich lacked any pop, was missing tomatoes, and had a rather sparing amount of chicken. The only positive was a free greasy cookie that was included, which I gobbled up after failing to find enough in that 4 offering. I will not repeat at a Mr. Pickle.
Great sandwiches. Absolutely love the Italian and definitely recommend it. The pastrami is also quite good. I typically have some modifications to the sandwiches (e.g. hold the garlic sauce), and they have always gotten the order correct.
Always a winning choice going to Mr. Pickles! The whole was please with their food and despite having a larger party we served quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend the dutch crunch roll!

My guilty-pleasure sandwich spot in Pleasanton! The Hot T is a little bit messy but the perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and savory. I would recommend the Dutch crunch bread for any sandwich
We live two blocks from the Livermore location, but choose to commute to Pleasanton every time we’re craving Mr. Pickles for the superior quality and service!
I've only been here a couple times, but on each occasion I've found the staff to be especially friendly. Highly recommend this location.

Excellent and healthy tuna sub. Not fancy so don’t go there for high tea.
