The food was delicious, had no issues with the food but we had an issue with the staff.We ordered to dine in, but also ordered a whole chicken to go and the employee asked if we wanted to wait to get it after we were done eating and we said that was fine.When we asked for the chicken they said wait, we waited 15 minutes and asked again about the chicken and they said they already gave it to us when they hadn't. They started giving us attitude, and ignoring us about it as if we were asking for free food.

Tried for the first time today. I have driven by thousands of times and never stopped for lunch. Today I was able to stop and I am glad I did. I was immediately greeted with a friendly hello and welcome. I told them I had never been before and asked for suggestions. I was recommend the 1/2 chicken with 2 sides, I took the advice and had fried plantains and black beans and rice for my sides. Food was very good, and very quick. They are just around the corner from work so I will be back. Thank you.

I'm so glad we discovered this hidden gem! They say the best food often comes from the most unexpected places, and this place is no exception. Every meal we tried was fantastic, and the atmosphere was very inviting. If you're a fan of rotisserie chicken, you absolutely have to give this place a try—you won't be disappointed! The coleslaw and macaroni and cheese were excellent sides as well. And don't forget to order some tortillas to go with your meal!

What can I say? I stumbled upon this delightful surprise while visiting Pensacola. They serve Peruvian charcoal chicken, which was perfectly moist, tender, and juicy. The potato salad was just as flavorful, and the pickled onions were fantastic. The portion sizes were generous, and there was a great selection of drinks. I will definitely be returning! Mr. Pollo is our favorite spot! My go-to meal is the 1/4 dark meat with two sides. I always choose a salad and mac and cheese. Plus, the green sauce has a great kick to it, which I absolutely love. I also can't resist the tres leches dessert. I was really disappointed with the food options in Pensacola until I discovered this gem!

Everyone was very friendly, and cashier was very helpful in deciding what to get. Chicken was a little dry, but very tasty. The portion size of the sides you order, are huge! Potato Salad and Mac and Cheese were good. Tostones were also good. Would eat here again.

This place is very good. We stopped here for a quick meal before going to the airport and the people were so nice and the food came out perfect. I shared a chicken bowl with my fiancé and we both wanted to order another one because it was gone in no time!!!

1st time visiting here and ordered whole chicken with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. All delicious. Chicken was cooked perfectly and great taste. This will be the only place we will get rotisserie chicken going forward.
