I regret to say that we chose this restaurant based on its nearly five-star rating, and we were thoroughly disappointed. I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same experience. The food was subpar, from the main course to dessert. It was poorly prepared, not cooked as requested, and certainly not presented as described on the menu. The service left much to be desired; we waited over an hour between receiving our appetizers and our main dishes, and when they finally arrived, most of them were cold. I'm sorry, but we went to this restaurant because it had almost five stars as rating and we were totally disappointed would not want this to happen to someone else. eating was rough, from the main course to dessert. it tasted not good, not cooked by the way it was ordered and def not served as it was described. service was poor. we waited for an hour of the time when we got our apps at the time when we were served our dinner. most dishes were cold. the atmosphere was super loud in the dining room by overhead blasphemy. when the band on the lights never dim, so if she wanted to go to the dance floor, they were out in regular non-dimmed lights, not a funny dance atmosphere. bartender did it we...

In all my 67 years, I have never experienced such poor treatment at a restaurant. My husband and I ordered two ribs at 8:10 PM. The manager informed us that it would take about an hour, which was fine since we had starters to enjoy in the meantime. However, by 9:00 PM, we were told by the owner, Anthony, that our food would take a while longer. When I saw Anthony at 9:30 PM, casually chatting with his girlfriend on the couch and completely neglecting our meal, I lost my patience. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a decent dining experience, I'd suggest you go somewhere else.

in all my 67 years I was never treated so badly in a restaurant. at 20:10 o'clock my man and I ordered 2 rippchen. we were told about the manager, it took about an hour, which was in order, we had dinner so we were good. then at 9 o'clock we were told about the owner anthony would be one more. at 9:30 a.m. Anthony, who sneaks with his girlfriend on the couch and didn't care about my meal, I lost it. I do not recommend this place to everyone. if you want to clean it up. as I say, everyone goes there

we heard the chuck evans band. music was wonderful. the manager, darnell, could not have been more personal or more beautiful. he was great and made himself to all customers. he was exceptional
