I've been visiting this location for the past couple of years, and the subs were excellent. However, over the last few months, the quality of the subs has noticeably declined. I always order the same thing: a Canadian club with extra bacon. My wife stopped by tonight to pick up my usual, and she even questioned the staff about the extra bacon and the amount of meat on my sub. It was nothing like what I usually receive — there was barely anything on it. I'm very disappointed, and I guess it's time for a change.
I highly recommend avoiding the location on Fairview, especially if you plan to order through the app. They claim that ordering through the app allows you to skip the line, but the reality is that you'll end up waiting just as long for someone to acknowledge your presence. Even if you place your order an hour in advance, they won't check the online orders until you arrive. If I could give them negative stars, I absolutely would.
I visit Mr. Sub quite often because I truly believe they offer the best subs in town. Each time I go, I'm pleasantly surprised by how genuinely friendly the owner and staff are. Their warm interactions leave you feeling uplifted and ready for a great day. Not only do they have outstanding subs, but their team is also exceptional. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
I craved a sub but found myself far from my usual sandwich shop, so I decided to try this place for the first time. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The bread was of poor quality, and the toppings were minimal, to say the least. I recommend spending an extra three dollars to get a much better sandwich at a different shop.

The best Mr. sub store in brantford. The owner and staff, they are very friendly. I had the perfect sandwich with proper amount of ingredients and sauces.
I really liked the sub. It was slightly smaller than what their big competitor offers, but they packed it with much more filling than I'm used to.
The sandwich... OMG. Me and my mother enjoyed it so much. Sandwich is one of the best I've ever had and the quality matched the price.
