I highly recommend avoiding the location on Fairview, especially if you plan to order through the app. They claim that ordering through the app allows you to skip the line, but the reality is that you'll end up waiting just as long for someone to acknowledge your presence. Even if you place your order an hour in advance, they won't check the online orders until you arrive. If I could give them negative stars, I absolutely would.
I craved a sub but found myself far from my usual sandwich shop, so I decided to try this place for the first time. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The bread was of poor quality, and the toppings were minimal, to say the least. I recommend spending an extra three dollars to get a much better sandwich at a different shop.
I was very disappointed with my experience. The person at the front lacked understanding of hospitality and didn't know how to communicate properly. The staff was simply rude and arrogant. If this is the standard of service you provide, I suggest you work on improving it.

The best Mr. sub store in brantford. The owner and staff, they are very friendly. I had the perfect sandwich with proper amount of ingredients and sauces.
