Mr. Submarine Salads Dine In, Delivery, Pick Up, Take Out

We 've been going to Mr. Submarine for our subs for almost 30 years...even back to the other location on Hopkins Avenue. Have never been so disappointed as we were today. We ordered a sub for pickup at the pickup window, the server read back the ticket order to us as it was handed through the drive thru window. We live about 12 miles from the store and when we got home, the sub wasn 't even close to our order, although the ticket taped to the bag was correct. I called the server that we originally got the order from and she remembered us being there. Told her about the situation and she had to talk with her manager. She came back and told me that they could remake the sub or give me a credit...

Where do I start, I came in to get a sub as a usual customer because I am a regular, ordered my food the way I normally do no problem. When I arrived home one of my subs was terrible and completely overcooked. I called the restaurant and got in to a BK n forth match about what could be done about my sub. The kicker was them telling me because I was already at work I had to save the sub for however long to bring it back for it to be replaced. So if I can't get there in the next 3 days I'll have to save it as proof? Like why lie about a five dollar sub. It's bad it's bad. I forget the name of the sub I got but it had ham turkey and pepperoni and all the fixings and the peanut butter pie. I have gluten allergies. The sandwich was the best gluten free sandwich I’ve ever had! It was so big I could only eat 1/2. The PB pie was equally as delightful. Would 100% recommend!

First time in from the west coast. Ordered sub and gyro to go. Very friendly service, and our food was awesome. Bread was fresh and tasty. Lots of filling in the sub, perfectly dressed and delicious. We are here 3 or 4 times a year, so we'll be back for more... Réservez une table maintenant

What an establishment. What a great group of people, so upbeat and welcoming. Kelly is fabulous. She's very kind. The hot pastrami and corned beef was top notch. My husband said his Italian was delicious. Thank you all so very much.

My first time there and there food was just like what I grew up on...The Sandwich was Amazing and Filling!!! And Veggies and Meat FRESH!!..Definitely will have it again when I get over there!!

Devoured the first half. Pastrami bomb; add pepperoni pastrami. Xxxxxxtra crispy just how I like it. Been stopping in here on the random for years have yet to leave unsatisfied.

All I can say is that Mr. Submarine has the best subs in Brevard! Everyone that I have steered to them agrees.
