"Stopped by for a quick boba with family. Easy parking. Quick kiosk ordering. Milk tea bobas were just ok. Taro was the better of the other 2. I think there is better boba in Cupertino."

REVIEW PREVIEWI am an extremely picky person and probably the most picky person you’ll ever meet. So 4 or 5 out of 5 or anything 7.5 or higher out of 10 is really an achievement for that restaurant. In that case, here is my review, by Nicolas!I would give this restaurant a 7.5/10!!!Even though it was cold and dark outside, it was warm inside Mr. Sun’s boba shack! I got the plain mango smoothie and oh my, it was pretty good! One thing though, is that the cashier/orderer was very slightly passive aggressive, which is hopefully because of the end of the day shift and although it is a reasonable and expectable occurrence, anyone can prevent it. That is why the service was 3/5. This was just one...

It had been awhile since I last had Mr. Sun so I went last week with a friend to see how it compared to my usual spots. We came around 12:30pm on a Monday and it was completely empty. There's a decent amount of parking, and a handful of tables inside. I tried the osmanthus oolong tea latte and I've definitely never had anything like it. It was super floral and I had one of those kombucha girl moments, unsure how I felt about it. Ultimately I decided I did like it, but it did remind me of the one caveat about this spot: drinks are very sweet. I completely forgot, but was quickly reminded that Mr. sun drinks fall on the sweeter side of the spectrum, but this is easily remedied if you just adju...

I’m not a fan of having to order from a touch screen, seeing the grime on the screen is even worse. I know the staff is busy but zero customer service and a machine asking for a tip is crazy. Maybe it was an off day but the powdered smoothie mix irritates my throat. I know a few places that use real taro and honey boba that’s actually healthier for you.Kid-friendliness: A few arcade games and seating.

A place that I save,For every weekend to come.A staple for me, An unknown place for some.Their flavored handmade boba,It's such a treat! From strawberry to mango,And a brown sugar you can't beat! But why have one,When you can have all? So get the rainbow boba, have yourself a ball! While your taste buds dance,Head over to the games! My favorite is the four player Pac-Man,A cute allegory for this domain.
