The young kid working there didn't want 2 put the shake I bought in the clear cups they come in saying, management has asked us not to. Although the clear cups were in front bt the counter. I explained that if it was an up charge, I would pay. I didn't want the flimsy cup he was attempting 2 give me. He gave a bit of an attitude and said I don't get paid enough for this. More training is needed for customer service, being that this place is in the Lombard Mall.
I had a great experience at this location. I know in the Chicagoland area, we have many choices of Mrs. Fields. But, this location went above and beyond for our corporate event. The matched the logo perfect. They sent a text when they finished the cookie so I was not waiting when I arrived. The owners were both waiting to greet me and make sure I was happy with the product. They went above and beyond! I would give the store a 10+!
The representative who helped me with my cookie cake order was extremely helpful. They offered great suggestions, making the whole experience enjoyable. We ended up ordering two cakes! I will definitely return for future orders; this is the go-to place for all cake orders, and everything turned out delicious!
The owner is one of the nicest people I have met. He always greets me with a smile. I have been here around 40 times over the past year and have not had any disappointing visits. We ordered the 16 inch cookie cake! The owner was great. He was friendly and helpful with suggestions. The cookie cake was done on time, freshly baked and delicious!!! Great addition for any party. Both kids and adults loved it

Their cookies are awesome . Always warm and fresh every time I order from here. There's usually no line and they're able to get you in and out with whatever order that you have
