I love this place! I work in the town of Franklin and I think we get lunch here at least twice a week and get breakfast at least twice as well. It?s the Best down home cooking around. If you come through franklin without giving them a try, you?ve missed one of the best parts about our mountain retreat here in Franklin. Service is awesome and everyone calls you ?honey?.

Yum! Go! It's a small place. Our stronger was friendly and made the perfect recommendations. The fish and the chicken were delicious, the variety of sides is refreshing old school, and the coconut cake was fantastic. Please be patient as they are a small place, they try to use their seats to accommodate most customers.

Mrs. Lois's is always good no matter when the day tastes good. I drive above all thru, but went to eat this last time. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. If you visit Franklin, I highly recommend it.

Had to wait outside for 20 minutes. Small diner. Service is ok. Food is above average, but not spectacular. Biscuits and gravy were pretty yummy. Expect to pay around $10 for breakfast per person.

Best home kitchen I ever had a restaurant. Small diner with excellent food and service. Great portions and good prices. We had breakfast and went back to dinner the next day.
