We started with the calamari as an appetizer, and it was cooked to perfection—a generous portion full of flavor. I ordered the Reuben sandwich with fries, and it was absolutely delicious. The sandwich was sizable and had a great balance of ingredients. The fries were crispy, and the blue cheese dressing was phenomenal. My coworker chose the Tavern Burger, cooked medium, and it was cooked to perfection as well! She also enjoyed the sweet potato fries, which were both tasty and crispy.
As I mentioned earlier, Shanny was amazing, and her service is a big reason I’ll definitely be returning!
This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a really long time. We went in on the second Saturday in December at 8pm and we 're promptly seated. Our drinks and first course arrived quickly and we 're great. The truffle fries were perfectly crispy but a bit lacking of truffle flavor when compared with others I have enjoyed. I had the rockfish entree which was completely delicious. I literally cleaned the plate! My partner had the prime rib quesadilla and was very happy with his choice. I can 't wait to go back and work our way through more of the menu!
I've been coming to this place for decades and really enjoy it. It's good for group events and has a great layout from formal dining to bar snacking. The only knock I have is lately the services has been consistently average at best. Over the past few visits, I haven't felt welcome after I passed the hostess stand. That being said, it's hard to find good help so hopefully that's an outlier and you have an excellent experience. Regardless, the food and spirits are great, and it's such a cute area to meander.
It's been a while since I visited, and I was pleasantly surprised. My friend and I stopped by on a Saturday night for some food and drinks at the main bar downstairs. We shared the spicy mussels, which were outstanding—I would happily come back just for those. I ordered the steak sandwich, and it was quite delicious. My friend also enjoyed his fried oyster tacos. I ate here after a meeting I had nearby. It's one of the few restaurants open at 4 pm on a weekday. I had crab cakes and $1 oysters. The oysters were good (not amazing, but good . The crab cakes were salty and were absolutely not worth the $42 (a price they don't show you in the menu, so don't assume they're priced like the other entrees! . The server was nice, but was also the bartender and was busy because of this.
The hostess and server were not as professional as we typically expect when dining out. The server didn’t even inquire if we wanted dessert. The bread was warm, but tasted stale, which feels like an old trick. However, the scallops with lobster sauce were quite good.
I had brunch at this place and it was fantastic. The Loaded Nachos and Chicken Quesadilla were incredible. I also enjoyed a Coke, which wasn't listed on the menu but can be refilled. Overall, I had a great experience!
I attended a Christmas party at this venue, and the food was fantastic—the trays were always full. The bartenders knew how to make my favorite drink, an Old Fashioned, and they used top-shelf liquor.

The peach old fashioned was amazing. The appetizers were good, and the service was awesome. I wish I knew her name. The short African American woman with the Santa hat. She was amazing!
The bar staff was attentive. The food was great. The service was fine. The back room is much to dark to read the menu.
