I really enjoy the food here and always find the place to be clean. My low score is mainly due to the constant upselling, which can be quite annoying. Throughout my ordering process, I was asked multiple times to add this or that extra item. Even when I declined, I was told, "It's only $1, sir." One of the reasons I don’t visit more often is how intrusive the staff can be. On my last visit, I opted not to order a drink but wanted to eat inside. Yet, they asked me three times if my order was to go, even after I clearly said, "No, I'm eating here." It felt overwhelming—I just wanted to enjoy my meal without the hard sell. Paid 16$ dollars (with tax) for a mucho sized burrito bowl...was not impressed with the serving sized I paid for. The serving sizes on rice, beans etc were incredibly small. I understand that they don't put a lot of meat but they cheap out when it comes to vegetables and the other side servings. Upset with my visit because I have noticed their new management has made the sizes smaller and smaller over the past 4 months. Will not be eating here again unfortunately I left still feeling hungry and unsatisfied. 3/10
The food is decent, but I have to say, this is the first burrito place I've encountered that charges for extra toppings after the fourth one. When the worker asked me about my toppings, I listed all the usual ones except for hot salsa, which is what I typically do at other burrito places. To my surprise, she informed me that there’s an extra charge for any toppings beyond four, and they count salsa as a topping too. Are you serious? I won’t be returning.
The food here is good and on par with other similar chains. Our hockey team came in here for lunch and the wait was pretty long. The rating is not due to a lack of service by the young lady behind the counter but due to long wait caused by her CO-worker who straight up and quit in the middle of the rush. We felt really bad for her but she managed to get through it with a smile. The owner of this establishment needs to recognize her for her efforts.
Wow! I can't believe this place has just one review. The food here is amazing, with plenty of fresh toppings and generous portions. All the flavors come together to create an incredible, oversized burrito, taco, or nachos. I tried the Mucho Carnitas burrito, which features marinated pulled pork, dirty rice, pickled jalapeños, pico de gallo, cilantro, sour cream, burrito sauce, spicy salsa, spicy beans, corn, and more. Absolutely amazing!
Mucho Burrito is reliably excellent. The food is flavorful (and healthy), served in generous portions with plenty of fresh toppings. I usually opt for the Burrito Bowls, loaded with peppers, pico de gallo (I prefer to avoid the spicy options), pinto beans, and an abundance of vegetables—my burritos are always overflowing. It's a substantial meal, and it's delicious!
Was very hesitant on trying mucho burrito I think because I don't venture much from what I know I like. I ended up trying it and it is awesome. The food is fantastic, the decor is very fitting, music playing in the locations I've been to is very Mexican, they serve alcohol but also have great Mexican soda. Truly a great and healthy place to try.
I often visit this restaurant for a delicious and healthy lunch. The gentleman who served my wife and me, named Sachin, did an excellent job crafting our burritos. You could tell he genuinely cared about his work and our experience. Thanks to him, I am giving this review a 5-star rating. We visited on Sunday, June 4th, around 2:30 PM.
