Muddie's Down Home Cookin'

This restaurant offers relaxed Southern cuisine in a small, easily overlooked spot. Locals really value the genuine, home-cooked style menu, and the dishes have the same comforting texture and flavor as a meal made by family. The waitstaff are friendly and efficient, but I deducted some stars because the owners often sit at their little table, appearing unfriendly and disrespectful. A tip for improvement: glaring at customers while they place their orders is not a great business strategy!

Solid food and service at this local diner. I had chicken and waffles with a side of grits. Chicken was seasoned perfectly and freshly fried. The waffles are soft, sweet, and delicious; no syrup needed. The diner is easy to overlook, but well worth the visit. We’ll be back.
