Ordered a gluten free muffin, but given ordinary one, I detected a different texture so queried it and was told no it's not gluten free even after the girl serving put gf in the register. The manager just said sorry and gruffly told the girl to give me a refund. I explained it would make me very ill as i have Coeliac disease, but they just care..
We had coffee English breakfast tea made in a pot with tea leaves very nice blueberry muffin had to ask for warmed up and had To go back for butter why not serve butter? My husband likes butter and warmed muffin. Good chairs to sit a bit private from rest of food court service. Good Diners. We're eating. There

Had a coffee and muffin at this shop while in Cairns. The service was a bit slow due to lack of staff. One person doing the cash register as well as preparing the coffee etc. the coffee when it came was very good and the muffin was delicious. Just what was needed after a shopping trip. We stopped here for a very moist and tasty blueberry muffin on our first day in Cairns. We went back to Cairns Central shopping centre on the last day of our trip, and before we split up to do our shopping, we arranged to meet at Muffin Break - a very handy location in the centre.
The young man that was on while i was in, is a gem. Absolutely wonderful. He twisted my arm into a Duffin-yum by the way. And he made amazing coffees, i have soy and most people over heat the milk, not this time. Great job and keep up all those smiles :)
Definitely not fast food. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my coffee and it was terrible. Probably the worst long macchiato I've ever had. Probably should have expected it, being in a shopping centre.
I called in at the busy lunch time rush the staff were polite an served me as quickly as possible. The food was yummy and a healthier option than takeaway Réservez une table maintenant
