During our visit from out of town to see family, we decided to try Mugs, a local restaurant. The food was generally quite good, with some dishes being particularly generous in portion size—I'm looking at you, pancakes and biscuits! Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly, but unfortunately, our server Cammy was the exception. She came across as rude and seemed indifferent to our needs, treating us like an inconvenience. Nice little restaurant in Jefferson Ohio. The food was good. Breakfast was very tasty. Friendly service didn't have to wait very long to take our order or get our food. Vegetarian options: It's a diner I'm sure they have plenty of non-meat options Dietary restrictions: Large menu Parking: We had to parallel park I'm not sure if there's additional parking behind the building or not. This charming diner features menus displayed on the wall of each booth for those who prefer not to handle physical menus. The prices are reasonable, the portion sizes are generous, and the food is delicious. Additionally, Shannon provided exceptional service. I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area!
The server Cami takes the Mugs slogan too literally. It is one thing to be inattentive, but she was also down right rude. If it wasn't for the other waitress and bus girl, we would've left. Food is okay for the price.

I had a great dinner with delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and polite, and we didn't have to wait long for our meals.
Always great food. Service is the best your treated like a friend. Street parking sometimes is a pain but it's worth it !
