poorest customer service ever. they are putting dissatisfied young people who never want to answer the phone and seem to think that the most important good drinks are an extreme work. each time we order a pick up, they say their kitchen can not pick up items like the difference between eating in the restaurant or ordering the food to go makes a difference. as a business owner in the Bloomington area itself, I understand how the customer service should work. eating is good, but the place is müll. not worth waiting for the bs. at this place they prefer to order schooners or wing.

I spent a lot of money here in the years running and it has gone a lot. the service is terrible, and the phone rings for one that I just tried and it was about 8 minutes before hanging up. but if they answer, they immediately say stop and their gone for 5 atleast, if not 10 minutes before they say to the phone again, only 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

I love this place. mostly 100% service, but Saturday nights are busy or mugsys is under the personal. I order only wings and balls, but I leave a 30% top at this place because they are in the astonishing 99% of the time. best wing, best cheese balls and best ranch in the city.

I've been ordering there for years and used to be the best wings and some of the best bar food in town at a reasonable price and delivery time. Now it's mediocre/cold food at a 2 hour delivery time for outrageous prices. No thanks

I never liked eating. coworker wanted to try. never again. cheese sauce was disgusting, wings were dry and fies.
