I recently had a horrifying experience at Muncheez that left me questioning their commitment to hygiene and customer satisfaction. As a vegetarian, I ordered a falafel sandwich with high hopes, only to be met with disappointment, disgust, and a strong desire to vomit.Firstly, the lack of hygiene practices at Muncheez is absolutely appalling. The staff members wore the same gloves all day long, without bothering to change or sanitize them between handling different types of food. Travelled from NOVA to get Shawarma, Kibbe, Saj bread and Garlic whip, reconfirmed with the server prior picking up and got to know that Garlic whip is missing upon reaching back home.Muncheez is not capable of executing such a small order. Not at all happy with the serviceComing to the food, overall taste is average. Shawarma is dry and tasteless
It 's probably one of the less tasty falafel I ever had.The falafel itself was uninspiring.The torchis (red turnip) did not taste great.There was very little tahini sauce, which made the sandwich dry.The only attractive fact is the price, but is it worthy if the pleasure of having a delicious meal is not there?
I have been in the US for 8 years and I would love to say that Muncheez's shawarma is the best in town . It's %100 the real original recipe of Shawarma you want to have cause they do it exactly the same way labanes people do in Lebanon. The manager Abbas is so amazing and the staff are awesome.

Amazing little restaurant in Georgetown! The food is delicious and reasonably priced. While I’m not a huge fan of dining on the sidewalk and inhaling carbon monoxide with my pita, I understand it’s Georgetown, and space is at a premium. Overall, great experience! Food: 5/5
This is a fantastic spot for late-night cravings, as they're open until the early hours. I tried the chicken shawarma and it was quite tasty. However, the tables out front could use more frequent cleaning. Overall, I’d rate the food a solid 5/5.
The shawarma is excellent, but the sauce is quite overpowering due to its strong garlic and mint flavors. I recommend requesting less sauce, or enjoying it without any sauce, as that also tastes great. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
When I was eating the chicken shawarma I found a raw piece of slimy chicken with a hue of blue at the end. I am disgusted and appalled that I would find raw chicken in my meal.
