Para hacer una correcta valoración sobre este Hostel, lo más sencillo es empezar por lo que más vale la pena destacar: al ladito del mar y la atención de GONZALO, que, durante nuestros 4 días allí hospedadas, nos ha tratado con empatía, comprensión, amabilidad, simpatía y humanidad.Y ahora empezamos por todo lo que deberían mejorar: llegamos y no hay ni un sitio para aparcar, el hostel no tiene plazas propias, hay que aparcar en una zona residencial (Semana Santa, podéis imaginar cómo estaba donde a penas hay aparcamiento libre. Así que toca hacer el check-in con el coche mal puesto y 4 pilotos sin quitarle ojo porqué veíamos a la policía pasar mucho por la zona. Seguimos, el hostel únicamen...
Ba oso ondo beti bezala.Los croisant de la mañana increíbles.Hoy hemos llegado más tarde y ya no quedaban. Recomiendo las hamburguesas en particular. Nos gusta mucho este sitio,es tranquilo,hay sombra,dentro se está muy a gusto(hablo del bar que es lo que conozco) ya que hay espacio de sobra.Hace más de 2 años y medio que no veníamos pero lo hemos frecuentado mucho.El chico que atiende por las mañanas lleva mucho años,muy atento y simpático. Siempre bien y a gusto. Recomendable. Parking: En verano es complicado aparcar en Mundaka pero durante el año cerca de Hostel suele haber sitio. Wheelchair accessibility: Si,esta adaptado,no hay problema
The positive reviews are for the restaurant, hostel stayers beware. We booked a 6 person dorm, they put us in a room with 12 people. There was NO ventilation, the room was sweltering. We’ve spent years backpacking in many 3rd world countries including India and this was by far, the worst. The beds felt unsafe. The room and bathrooms were absolutely filthy, just repulsive. Hair all over the floor, grime, dirt, and stains everywhere. The lack of air in the room was the worst, none of us slept. Absolutely do not stay here. Seems like the hotel owner doesn’t like to be told anything reading the other reviews but the truth is in the details.
I don't know who gives a bad review to this place, I have gone up from Madrid several times and I value the environment which is wonderful, I understand that it is a cheap place to sleep and I am not going to ask for luxuries either but I think it is quite comfortable despite its low price. But above all, value the fact that the people in charge of this place are incredible and have always treated me like a ten, maybe I'll go up again soon because I miss that pure air from the north and those kind and good people that there will be there. health
La concesión del ayuntamiento se les acabó en Diciembre de 2022, por lo que lleva cerrado desde esa fecha. Si reserváis llamando por teléfono, tened en cuenta que estáis reservando alojamiento en Gernika, no en Mundaka. No sé muy bien porqué no lo marcan como cerrado en Google Maps y no explican por teléfono que el alojamiento es para Gernika.
