Im vergangenen Sommer kamen wir bei einer Wanderung im Skigebiet Gotschna-Parsenn an der Mungga Hütte (ehemaliges umgebautes Bergbahnhäusschen) vorbei, wo wir einkehrten. Nebst Getränken hatten wir damals ein kaltes Plättli bestellt. Es war ein gemütliches und einfaches Ambiente, inkl. Aussenbestuhlung.Als wir nun im Winter im Parsenngebiet Skifahren waren, haben wir aufgrund der Erfahrungen vom Sommer wiederum die Mungga Hütte berücksichtigt. Wir wollten etwas zu Mittag essen. Ein Blick auf die Karte zeigte eine relativ kleine Auswahl an Speisen, dafür u.a. sehr teure Tropfen Wein. Da wir schon sassen, entschieden wir uns, auch da zu essen. but they ask every place and they will guide them with a smile. this is not for poses. they expect to impress someone with their entrance or outfit. this is the place where local foods cause its cheapest on the mountain for decent eating. here they gather with their friends, drink something too much, laugh a lot and enjoy where they are. it is like a local pub in earth or its favorite bar in boston. it is too revered and enjoyed for itself, not only a quick one-and-off to get back to the pists. the people around them become native, some of the best private guides in the environment and the tourist that quickly warm up and out. Take your time.
after a recommendation from a native we stopped at this great bar and restaurant after a good morning ski. the restaurant is located at the lower end of the Totalp ski tour of davos, is ideally located to catch the sun, and is also close to the...more lift back to the valley. at both days we visited the sunshade and the outside was a huge sunfall. eating and drinking are excellent with the homemade sausages worth a trip alone. it is worth stopping snow at any time!
We spent our skiing holiday in Davos and the traditional lunch break was Mungga. The menue is out of the normal food selection on the mountain.... starting with the burger to the Chef's hot-dog and other choices the guest gets a great value for...the spent. Big thanks to the whole crew... welcoming every guest with the highest degree of hospitality! Thxs to the team! We will be back!!!

We (6 of us), probably a little loud: stopped there over lunch on Sunday for a quick bite. Well needless to say it was awesome, the service was fantastic. I have never experienced such friendly service here in CH. Really an absolute pleasure. And this...was from all the servers, which I think we pretty much met: We will definitely be back! Oh and the food was great! Burger is a gem!
no longer worth visiting - totalchaos in service- very slow and very unfriendly German crew .. we found today that the former crew of the mungga hütte is now in parsenn hütte! they make the bar in the open and eat and...the atmosphere is so beautiful as always farewell from mungga hallo parsenn!
Really good place to sit in the sun on the mountain. Next to the chair lift so great for people watching as they literally fly by. Place has a gorgeous good natured dog also! Coffee and drinks excellent. Didn't get the chance to try the food, but that looked good also.
a real gem on the side of the mountain without the silly prices. we initially thought of hot chocolate and then came back to lunch. there is a small menu where everything is homemade, delicious and very inexpensive! we will definitely be back here!

We were stranded on the mountain in a blizzard and luckily came across this friendly place. Although closed because of the blizzard they kindly welcomed us in and gave us hot drinks and delicious cakes. Highly recommended.
