Recently, I spent some time in Munster visiting a family member at the community hospital, and during my stay, I discovered several fantastic places worth visiting. This donut shop is definitely one of the top spots. Their freshly made donuts are simply irresistible and melt in your mouth. I stopped by on a whim and ended up picking up three dozen regular-sized donuts, along with a box of the large ones. Where I come from, there’s a family-owned bakery renowned for its exceptional donuts, and I must say, these are right up there with them. I’ll definitely be returning. Plus, bringing a dozen donuts to the nurses at the hospital is always a nice gesture!
The donuts are fantastic, but the staff can be a bit bothersome with their constant chatter when you're just trying to browse the selection and decide what to order. During my last three visits, their meddling has been frustrating to the point of annoyance. Just let us look at the donuts after we’ve said we're browsing! It's a small issue, and if I could give 4.5 stars, I definitely would. However, it is quite irritating and it seems to happen every time I go.
This was my first visit, and I must say the service was outstanding—very friendly and quick! They offer a wide selection of donuts and beverages, and the prices are quite reasonable. Take the walk then hit the shop...the shop that everyone is talking about. The lighter than light melt in your mouth yeast pleasures will leave you smiling! Cake like donuts are pleasantly not heavy but airy. The locals in line were more than happy toshare their favorite picks with others. The pleasant helpful staff is more than friendly are great sources forrecommendations. Listen to them, they definitely know their product. Réservez une table maintenant
The cinnamon rolls are so fresh and delicious—they're my absolute favorite! I made another visit to try the apple fritters, and I was amazed to find real apple filling inside. I've never had a fritter like this before, and they've now surpassed the cinnamon rolls as my new favorite! I'm not sure why they're closed on Mondays, though.
You can’t really go wrong at this welcoming neighborhood donut shop, where the friendly staff serves up generous cups of coffee and delicious treats made with high-quality ingredients. If you’re like me and find it impossible to pick a favorite donut, just grab a dozen to take home!
