Dropped in for a beer before dinner. Nice vibe in the place, decor is pretty authentic “pub stuff”: mirrors, signs etc. Choice of pay as you go at the bar or table service.both options came with friendly, fluent English, service. Did not try the food...but did have a couple of excellent glasses of Murphy’s stout. Would be happy to return.
We spent a couple of nights in this place during our city break to Berlin. It was located near to our hotel. It is worth noting that it is popular and it soon fills up. Having said that, you sit at a table and are...waited upon. The beer is reasonably priced and the service is efficient.
We had a few beers and food there, which was not really great. The mood was nice, there was live music which was enjoyable. But it remains a pub so big groups who get really drunk and loud should not surprise you...
We stumbled across the pub whilst strolling down by the River Spree.The pub was very busy and we enjoyed an Irish Stew with a local beer.The service was not outstanding but waitress friendly enough. Réservez une table maintenant
