I visited a ramen shop in the food court, and I was pleasantly surprised by how similar it was to dining in Japan—the flavors were very comforting. I ordered the Yokohama Soy for AUD 19.50, and the staff, who were Japanese, added to the authentic experience. The ramen itself was delicious, making it a great stop for anyone missing Japanese ramen while traveling. The shop is located in The Kitchen, a spacious food court with high ceilings in a shopping mall, so the atmosphere is quite pleasant. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have astragalus on the menu, but it didn’t detract from the experience! Just a heads up—the mall is quite large, so it’s easy to get lost.

I enquire an alternative options like veggies or two pieces of karaage instead of the pork chashu , and the staff and the manager rejected me which has blown up my mind . A customers want something less valued way less than some pieces of pork but only received a rejection and disappointment. Even though I order a bowl of ramen and ask for no pork but they said they will charge the same price . I have no clues of the reason behind but definitely not going again

Ramen experience in food court but was soooo good. Very tasty ramen. We got spicy miso ramen and black miso ramen. The noodle was chewy. The soup was not too salty and the pork was grilled nicely done. Nil redness left on the meat like some of the ramen restaurants I went before. It was run by Japanese people. Highly recommend to try.
