I love the concept of this restaurant with its speakeasy vibe (Eleanor's). The variety of dipping sauces was impressive, and while the adult mac and cheese was good, I wouldn’t rank it as my favorite. My first cocktail (see photo below) was nice, but not a standout for me. However, the second cocktail (the brown thrasher, not shown) was fantastic! It was bourbon-based, and I usually don’t enjoy bourbon, but the bartender assured me that I wouldn’t taste it, and she was right! I had the pleasure of dining in for lunch, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The price per person was quite reasonable, falling between $10 and $20. The food was simply outstanding—definitely a solid 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Sandwich; it was a standout dish that truly impressed me. If I could leave a 0 star I most definitely would. I had visited from out of town and was very excited to try this place due to hearing raving reviews about it although things did take a drastic twist. Though the food was fine the employees were not, specially speaking on a certain employee with the name I recall to be “Lauren” I suspect she had a little to drink from the smell on her. When she went back to the kitchen area, she was belligerent and cussing. Just not an experience I expected nor wanted. There food is exceptional, the fries are amazing! We order a basket of fries and several sauces. Definitely try the garlic mud sauce. Their drinks are great and service is attentive without hovering. Waitress gave great suggestions and was great with the kids. I've gone back several times. Parking: It can get full the later in the evening. But it's not paid and the other stores around don't get picky after they close. Went here for Sunday brunch and everything was excellent!!! The hash brisket was very tasty. Also had the beef faro soup was so savory. I exceptional service! We will definitely be back very soon. What a wonderful restaurant! We visited for lunch and had a great experience. Every sandwich we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional!
