I stayed in this friendly family run hotel for a week on a business trip. Very much enjoyed my visit. Very helpful, felt well looked after. Rooms are comfortable and clean, they were refreshed each day. Its a old building with plenty of character. Great food. Ate breakfast and dinner for nearly a week so had plenty of time to sample the menu. lots of traditional dishes which all tasted great. Good beer, good service, lovely beer garden. Its a very welcoming place. Would like to visit again.
This place is bang in the middle of the town! Good news is there is a parking lot right next to it. We went there for team dinner, this was pre-ordered 3 course meal.The restaurant is fairly big, we were close to 20 people and were seated in one end of the room which was so structured that it seemed we had a private hall!The staff were very polite and service was pretty quick considering we were a large group. It was good evening with tasty food and nice ambience.
Mutter Krauss is a quaint, traditional German restaurant. I visited as part of a large group with a limited choice menu. Carrot soup was followed by either rump steak, goose, or a trio of game. I went for the latter but all looked delicious. Service was friendly, although a little slow. That said, it was a very good experience which I would be happy to repeat.
I came here in a large party, the food was absolutely delicious and service superb. We didn't wait long for food to arrive and staff were friendly. I lovely German restaurant. I fully recommend. Réservez une table maintenant
This place works well for happy hour. The staff is friendly, the drinks are good, and the atmosphere is just right. We didn't have anything to eat so I can't answer about the food.
Dinner & menu at Mutter Krauss is very good, obviously spread at breakfast is not very good. Service is very good and good people everywhere.
Very delicious food, German cuisine from pork roast to deerragout. Only recommended. Price performance very good
