Trying to find a decent Chinese as all my favourite places seem to have changed hands. This isn't it. Sweet and sour chicken, Hong Kong style was ok, nicely crispy but not that tangy. Special fried rice was good, full of various meats. But the chicken and cashew nut in yellow bean sauce was awful. Very bland and the little flavour it had was dreadful. Chicken had a weird texture. Couldn't eat much of it at all. Sometimes flavours are better the next day it wasn't and went in the bin after one mouthful. Highly unlikely I'll go back and definitely not the yellow bean dishes
The food at this restaurant was okay, but there are definitely better dining options in the area. We were promised free prawn crackers and a drink on orders over £35, but our £40 order did not include them. Additionally, the delivery driver did not want to enter our apartment complex, so I had to go outside in the rain to collect my order which took over an hour to arrive. Most other food delivery restaurants will bring the food right to my door.
We came from Oxford for the weekend and ordered food to our hotel. Great service on the phone, delivery driver very nice. Now for the food.... best Chinese myself and my husband have had. The spare ribs fell off the bone and were so tasty. The pancake roll was amazing as were the noodles. Sad that we don't live close enough to have a delivery.
Used to always be able to rely on my to deliver but tonight’s delivery was 1/2 hr late meals were really low on meat content and no prawn crackers as s free thank you !! Always recommend this business above all other Chinese as the best by far but felt let down £30 for five dishes for two needs to deliver quality !! Réservez une table maintenant
I just received my delivery and it is evident that not much effort was put into the food. It lacks flavor and anything that is battered tastes overly powdered. It might be a good idea to consider hiring a new chef or investing in higher quality ingredients, especially if they are pre-prepared.
