The 'Gotta Have Carne Asada' pizza was absolutely amazing! I can honestly say it's one of the best slices I've ever had. The toppings were fantastic, but what really stood out to me was the crust. I picked up the slice expecting it to be tough, but I was pleasantly surprised! The crust was perfectly crispy and not at all greasy. Each bite was just the right balance—not too dry, not too doughy—and it stayed crisp all the way to the last bite! I even spoke with the owner, a really nice guy, who told me that the Carne Asada recipe was perfected by America Corrales from America’s Taco Shop, and the dough is made using a French technique. You have to try it!
I have to say that this is one helluva great pizza place. I could go into the cool toppings, sauces, and cheese. I could talk for days about the chewy and perfectly cooked crust. But I think I'd rather focus on the people. The service was amazing and the owner, Randy...well he just gets it. Amazing. The whole concept of NY pizza meets SW is genius. And it's executed to perfection. But the time Randy spent with us and the friendly manner his employees exude is truly wonderful. And if you go, you have to try the raspberry jalapeño cheesecake. Yeah, go for it! I'm a customer for life!!
We've been here three times since Father's Day when we first had it! We are just one no nice pizza eating type of family, although people rave over all creative pizzas! Cheese and Pepperoni is amazing! The sauce is amazing and the crust! The wings are so crispy perfect and the sauces are delicious. We had salad and everything was so fresh! The owner is great! My little child tends to go without eating magic, so we take him here to load and eat fresh food and thank you for loving the wings and getting a protein!
This is undoubtedly the best pizza place ever! I visited my hometown, Phoenix, last weekend and made the trip from Albuquerque just for it. The pizza was incredible, and I highly recommend not skipping the wings—they were fantastic! Everything tasted super fresh, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. The amazing service made the experience even better. While everything was delicious, my favorites were the Carne al Pastor and Carne Asada pizzas. I can’t wait to go back! This place is absolutely fantastic! I'm not sure whether I like the pizza or the staff more. They're really bold when it comes to their pizza recipes and beer options. We celebrated my brother-in-law's birthday here tonight, and everything went perfectly! The owner is incredibly accommodating and friendly. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
Took the family for dinner, very friendly staff. Talked with us about everything they had to offer. Let us sample some sauces for dipping or wings. Meatballs and marinara were amazing, best sauce I’ve ever had. Went with a traditional pepperoni and a couple of side slices just to try. Al pastor pizza! I’m coming for you next time!!
