Came here this evening, ordered the loaded nachoes which were amazing, loaded with chicken, cheese and dips. Partner ordered steak medium rare, the steak was so tender I didn't need a steak knife, just melted in your mouth. We had some cocktails too which were really good. Staff were lovely and really attentive nothing was not too much trouble. Would definitely go again, only rated a 4 as I would have liked a window seat, we will mention this on our next booking, as the views onto the town are lovely.
It was nice . Slightly overpriced and over rated. Don 't expect a lengthy meal experience. I asked for a decent break between courses which didn 't happen. In and out in an hour. Steak was good but slightly overcooked. Would have expected the staff to be better dressed than wearing jeans and not hear them talking nasty about other customers. A bit disappointing for my special birthday meal. Had a better experience at the Panda Chinese last night.
I stayed at the Castle Hotel last night with a group of seven and dined at this restaurant. The food, service, and staff were excellent from start to finish, with very generous portions. I highly recommend this restaurant, even though Peter couldn't get a glass of port - a funny little joke between one of our group and the charming Hungarian waitress. We will definitely be back. Really overratedStaff were very young and lacking customer service attentiveness. Seemed like no-one in charge, and they were only.acfepting about 5 tables a night.Steak was overcooked but okLimited menuCan't book online, no menu or website, hardly taking any bookings. Yesterday, I went to Myddelton Grill in the square to celebrate my mother's birthday. The food was delicious, especially the steak my mother ordered. I enjoyed a dish of baked potato and salad, and the salmon was superb. The homemade profiteroles were a delightful end to the meal. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
My partner and I visited Ruthin last night for our first evening and we stumbled upon this fantastic restaurant. Not only was the decor well presented, but the staff were also friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was incredible! I ordered the 16oz porterhouse steak, which was the daily special, and it was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this place a hundred times over.
It's a shame because the place is lovely, but everything else.. The staff is nice but they need leadership and customer service knowledge. The food had a great presentation but it lacked in taste. I ordered ribs and they had not flavor whatsoever besides the super sweet bbq sauce they had on top. Won't come back.
This grill house is no-frills but offers generous portions of tasty food. The service is top-notch, with attentive staff. We were grateful for their flexibility when we were running late. It would be great to see a bit more variety on the menu. Réservez une table maintenant
