If you're tight like me, save some cash by making the most of Mynd'e generous breakfast buffet, which is available til 11:30. The options aren't really obvious breakfast foods if you're a Brit but I piled my plate high with various delicious vegetable medleys and wraps which kept me full until that point of a holiday day when you fancy some Spanish crisps and a beer in the latter part of afternoon. My only grumble was the rationing of vegan cheese and salami, which vanished quickly and never seemed to be replenished. We didn't have dinner in the hotel but we did have lunch one day and I went for a hotdog. I'd never think to put cream cheesy stuff on a hotdog but eating this with a cocktail o...
Tasty vegan options on the menu and they offer a nice breakfast buffet with lots of fruits, nuts, seeds and cereal, as well as vegan sandwich meat and cheeses if you prefer bread. Unfortunately no plant based yoghurt yet (only milk) so we brought our own to make a delicious breakfast bowl. For lunch and dinner there are plenty of nice vegan options and you can order an extra plant based protein source (tofu for example) with your meal.

this hotel has been a great discovery, its food and treatment. everything deserves absolutely a 10 (the Italian waiter too). oted can eat at the restaurant without being a hotel customer and then have a rooftop glass with an infinite pool that we eat full sweet potatoes, fajitas, burger and vegan cheese cake. You'll suck your fingers. normal price, no hotel.
Very nice restaurant at the hotel. The atmosphere is very good and the service is nice. Silence and fancy atmosphere. There's a lot of vegan choice and very good!
the tagliatelle was from this world and the since then cooked to perfection. I wish I could give it five stars.
