Arriving at NA081 without a reservation and not real interested in dining out on our first evening in Zurich changed within an instance, our thoughts of Zurich. The reception that we received from the lovely female Italian staff member was spot on, she energised us making our evening joyous. The evening was hot, inside the restaurant was hot so we chose to sit outside on the footpath, starting with an Aperol Spritz to cool down. We shared a Capricciosa Pizza and a insalata rucola. Having just arrived in Zurich, we thought we would give this restaurant a try. My wife's bruschetta was reasonable but the pasta was a bit rubbery. Also, it was disappointing that having asked the waiter for parmesan cheese, he said that, in Italy, they don't put parmesan on the pasta. Interesting, as our experience in Italy suggested this was not the case. Everywhere we have eaten pasta both in our home country and abroad, parmesan cheese has always been forthcoming.
NA081 lives up to its claim of serving one of the best pizzas globally. The Neapolitan touch is unmistakable, and having a Pizza World Champion on the team only adds to the excellence. Located conveniently on Konradstrasse 71, it's a pizza lover's dream come true.
Pizza is good, but the service needs a lot of improvement. The waitress threw the glass of wine over the pizza, only apologized minutes later and gave no further apology. 25. more expensive wine on the bill, again no excuse.

Only place in Switzerland that I have found that makes pizza according to Neapolitan standards. Only place in Zurich where I could find Babba' and lemon delight as dessert
Small friendly restaurant, very ‘italian’. Good food, friendly staff, good ambience, good wine list. Recommended.
